Abstract


As one of the technical means of controlling the dust that in the work place ,dustprooffacilities pay an important role in protecting workers from pneumoconiosis .However ,thenational standard and specification of testing dustproof facilities haven’t been work out yet.Moreover, the ventilation protection facilities standard can’t referee the standard of the totalprotection facilities standard. More elements relating to the whole protections facilitiesshould be concern about. Therefore, the key point and the difficult point to the occupationalhazards in construction projects is how to assess the protective effect of the dustprooffacilities appropriatelyForm the domestic and foreign experiences and practice of evaluating the protectionprograms, combined with the characteristics of occupational hazard which happen in theartificial stones processing career ,investigations and analysis of dustproof facilities in othercommon enterprises can be seen in this research. As the first concerns are the six aspects thatthe entire distribution in the work place ,the facility layout, the hazard factors of dust, thepersonal protective equipments and the professional method has been used to give a mark tothese six aspects including 41 elements and some evaluation factors have been added andperfected as well. Analytical hierarchy process is put these factors dominating relationsaccording to the group, form pass class time structure, establish judgment matrix, obtains thelevel of the criterion of the weight of elements, and a conclusion that the overall goal of thecombination of the weight. Then the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to establish theevaluation index set, comments set, weight set and membership matrix, level 3 fuzzycomprehensive operations, get general goal evaluation vector, combined with the biggesteventually got the rating.Some problems existing in the facilities and the daily protection works have been listedafter the fuzzy comprehensive evaluations of the construction project has been carried out.Also, the opinions of rectification have been put forward too, which suggest the fuzzycomprehensive evaluation assesses the occupational-disease-inductive practically. Gem processing factory dustproof evaluation system from the overall layout and equipmentlayout, dust hazard factors and dust protection facilities, personal protective equipment,dustproof health management and occupational health surveillance these six aspects toconsider the comprehensive influence of between them, provided the conclusion is morepersuasive, can reflect the gem processing factory dustproof facilities control effect. Thefuzzy comprehensive evaluation method from various angles, multi-level, system ofcomprehensive facilities to evaluate the status quo of the dust, and can be used forconstruction project of the occupational hazard evaluation as a more practical and feasiblemethod.
