Abstract


Crime by taking advantage of duty is the severest manifestation of corruption, which infringes the state power stability seriously, impedes the sound development of economy, and damages the good image of our party and country among the people. Our party and country have always been putting emphasis on the campaign of anti-corruption and prevention of crime by taking advantage of duty, and building the campaign into the overall pattern of anti-corruption and general arrangement of punishing and preventing corruption system of our party and country. I suggest some measures to solidify and perfect the punishment and prevention of crime by taking advantage of duty by analyzing the basic situation of crime by taking advantage of duty investigated and handled by the procuratorial organ of Guangxi in 2010, the main features, reasons of the case and growing trend thereof.This paper is about 20,000 words consisting of four parts.Introduction, giving a brief introduction about the practical and theoretical significance of this topic.The first part, the basic situation of crime by taking advantage of duty investigated and handled by the procuratorial organ of GuangxiThe second part, the analysis of main features and reasons of the case of crime by taking advantage of duty in Guangxi.The third part, the growing trend of crime by taking advantage of duty in Guangxi.The fourth part, the measures of preventing crime by taking advantage of duty.This paper, firstly, introduces the case, the general situation of investigation and existed issues concerning crime by taking advantage of duty by procuratorial organ of Guangxi, analyzes main features and reasons of the case of crime by taking advantage of duty in my district based on this material data in a comprehensive way, and further to forecast from such four aspects as the general trend of the case, case nature, case field, and important station and people of the case of crime by taking advantage of duty, and finally propose some assumptions for punishing, supervising and preventing crime by taking advantage of duty. Placing particular emphasis on the presentation of views on such objective aspects as the mechanism construction of punishing, supervising and preventing crime by taking advantage of duty, this paper is aimed to building a comprehensive net of the rigorous punishment and the enforcement of the law, supervising, and prevention thereof.
