Abstract


As mobile communication technology and computer technology continues to evolve , the mobile communications value-added business has developed very quickly . Meanwhile, the government information technology community as a whole has also become an important driving information technology force , government information is becoming the current functions of government departments to achieve change , effective means to improve the management level . In this context , how will the mobile communications business applications to government information platform for building and to interact more easily build , more efficient government information service platform, has become a world government information technology a new topic. This paper analyzes the current status of construction of government information and the existing government information systems major problem , the proposed use of lightweight J2EE framework to achieve industrial and commercial bureau information service platform , using Struts, Spring, Hibernate open source framework combination, to achieve a loosely coupled system level , and use Web services technology to achieve a system with SMS platform docking. Practical application shows that the system has good performance and security, and scalability.
