Abstract


The human resources management information system is designed and developed to improve the working efficiency of human resources department and provide the basic data of integrating information of enterprise resources.This system can manage the basis information of working staff, labor relations and the documents of human resources. On the other hand, the system owns the function of comprehensive analysis, builds the foundation for decision-making and also provides the basic information for other systems. In the paper, the SQL Server 2000 is applied as background database, and Microsoft Web development platform is took as the outlook---Asp.Net, language C# is used. The three-tiered frame mode --- the tier of performance and logic and data is adopted, and the system is build by means of B/S technique. Via the three-aspect analysis of requirements, design, and achievement, the human resources management information system is specifically designed and researched by applying the object-oriented method. The interface with other systems is achieved by using the latest Microsoft technology, Web Service. As Web Service is transferred on the standard XML file, the platform and approach of interface system is not required, and the exchange of cross-platform data is achieved.
