Infrastructure is the basis of urban production and construction，Is the inevitable outcomeof the development of the city．Whether infrastructure construction is reasonable WhetherConform to the sustainable development of the city，Not only affect the development of urbaneconomy，also affect the city environment and social comprehensive development．Changchun since 1990-2009，economic development has made notable achievements .Urban comprehensive ability has been improved,，Among them，the infrastructure played animportant role.．But，overall，the present situation of changchun city infrastructure also existcorresponding problems．It is necessary to carry out their system．Firstly，papers on infrastructure concept，properties，characteristics and operation modeare reviewed，And discusses the infrastructure construction for economic development andurban development role．Secondly，through the analysis of the 1990-2009 related data of changchun city，Discusses the present situation of changchun city infrastructure，Quantitative analysis ofinfrastructure and the relationship between economic development．Got the infrastructureconstruction and economic growth are related. Meanwhile，analyzes the development ofinfrastructure to environmental protection and social development effects．Finally，combining analysis results and other urban infrastructure developmentsuccessful experience.
