Abstract


Technology is the core competitiveness of enterprise’s survival and development. Innovation is a key driver of the corporate’s upgrading. With the gradual disappearance of resources advantages and low-cost advantages, technology becomes the decisive factor of the business, the comprehensive national strength and international competitiveness. Only by strengthening the technology innovation and changing the status, can the corporate create new competitive advantages, become the pioneer of the industry and the leader of the market and continuously enhance the comprehensive strength, then change "Made in China" to "Created in China", and finally lead OEM corporate to the international road. The research based on Strategic entrepreneurship theory, Organizational learning theory,Global value chain theory and related theory of the upgrading and transformation of OEM corporate, constructs the model of the building for OEM corporates’ technology innovation capacity then analyses the three cases study companies and puts forward the related countermeasures.
