Abstract


Over the past decade, gradually expand along with Chinese universities to recruitstudents, university graduates employment pressure is also increasing contrast malecollege graduates overall employment environment, the employment of femalecollege students appeared to be very serious. They exist not only in the employmentrate of lower status quo, but also in the quality of employment is also significantlylower than male university graduates trained in the same educational environment.According to the survey, China’s labor market can not be provided for female studentsthe same proportion and number of jobs, can not comply with the labor and theyreceive education and training ability level positions, leading to most womenuniversity graduates in internship within three months after graduation or can not findwork corresponding to their disciplines, will be forced to lower expectationsrequirements to accept the post of remuneration packages. Therefore, when faced withthe pressure of employment, many female college graduates or college femalestudents have chosen a career----venture a challenging thorns coexistence. So, thepioneering study of female college students not only has a strong academic value, butalso has important practical significance.On this basis, through theoretical and empirical, systematic analysis of Studentsstart of the modern women need to face the problems, as well as from the perspectiveof female identity the entrepreneurial influence factors analysis, gradually raised topromote female college students in China in the early entrepreneurial support policyand encourage the protection measures, and in the text, especially for the initial stageof women in institutions of higher learning should cultivate independent thinking andcooperative entrepreneurship education, female college students have an urgentinternal entrepreneurial independent entrepreneurship and jobs the pursuit of good,pragmatic and female college students for entrepreneurship policy andimplementation, and refined and improved
