Abstract


The county economic imbalance is the core of all county economic issues , is the inevitable question of the world in the county economic development process , China has been plagued by the county economic development imbalance also exists in Xinjiang in China 's northwestern border with County Economic Development imbalance. In the western development strategy , the county's economic development in Xinjiang has become an important and difficult task . Especially in this multi-ethnic region of Xinjiang , to find a breakthrough in the development of the county economy is an important way to improve the overall level of economic development in Xinjiang . Based on the current situation of the county economic development in Xinjiang , the integrated use of empirical analysis, pointed out that the characteristics of the county economic development in Xinjiang : the county level of GDP per capita gap , county industrial structure differences are significant , the environment for the development of a significant difference and the county education investment . County Economic Development through the sub- region of Xinjiang comparison , you can clearly see the uneven economic development of Xinjiang Counties Problems : the gap between the level of economic development between the North and South Dongjiang County irrational industrial structure , financial resources County . Departure from Xinjiang county economic development differences , the use of the GINI coefficient , cluster analysis , principal component analysis , factor analysis, analytic hierarchy process and econometric models , such as a variety of statistical methods for Xinjiang residents' income , county agriculture, forestry , animal husbandry and fishery , county finances, county resources county industrial and comprehensive evaluation calculated analysis results show that the imbalance county economic development in Xinjiang , and analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of the county economic development in Xinjiang where reveal major constraints leading to uneven economic development in Xinjiang Counties . Starting from the point of view of the empirical analysis to study the imbalance of the county economic development in Xinjiang , and provide a theoretical basis for the county 's economic development with reference to the proposed , has important theoretical significance ; but also for the promotion of the Xinjiang county economic development , large-scale development of the western region has important practical significance.
