Objective: To investigate the side of Chinese traditional medicine Pueraria bulk wine injury level of sex hormone secretion in rats for the clinical application of Pueraria scattered treatment wine injury sexual function caused by abnormal accumulation of experimental evidence . Methods: 50 adult male rats were randomly divided into five groups ( normal control group , model group , Pueraria scattered large / medium / low-dose group ) , model group and treatment group prepared a \model , the treatment group were Pueraria scattered in small doses orally intervention , the normal control group , model control group on behalf of the same volume of saline , continuous treatment for 30 days after the detection experimental animal serum testosterone (T), luteinizing hormone ( LH), follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) content and comparative analysis between the groups . Results: Compared with the normal control group , model group rats indicators significantly change , serum T levels were significantly lower ( P lt; 0.01 ) , LH , FSH was significantly higher ( P lt; 0.01 ) ; with the model group in comparison, the the Pueraria scattered high dose group 3 detection index and middle dose serum T , LH level showed a significant difference (P lt; 0.01), slightly changing three indexes low-dose group and middle dose group FSH levels , group were no significant differences ( P gt ; 0.05) , each index in the dose range of the experimental memory concentration differences . Conclusion : Alcohol can lead to serum T , LH, FSH and other hormones levels are abnormally , Pueraria scattered dose -dependent manner to improve wine injury level of sex hormone secretion in rats .
