Abstract

The reform of the housing system related to the vital interests of millions of households, more related to the success or failure of the reform of China's market economy, an important issue is related to China's future development, which should arouse our attention and concern. The success or failure of the reform depends not only on the wisdom of the reformers, is more dependent on the support of reform and the theory behind. Correct theoretical guidance would pay to avoid unnecessary costs, reduce the resistance and the throes of reform to bear, leading to the complete success of the reform.
