Abstract


The coal resource-based cities is one of the main body of China's energy and raw materials , has made important contributions to China's economic and social development . However , since the reform and opening up , especially after entering the 21st century , after years of high - intensity development , the majority of our coal resource development of the resource-based cities have entered into maturity and decline , recession of the leading industries of coal inevitably affect cities economic and social development , the gradual depletion of resources and reserves , mining costs rose sharply , seriously undermine the competitiveness of a substantial increase in surplus laid-off workers , some in serious condition of the city has been caught in the point of struggling . Therefore , the industrial transformation of coal resource-based cities out of the woods , the inevitable choice to achieve sustainable development . Based on technological innovation has increasingly become the main driving force to promote economic development , especially in high-tech has become an important factor to affect the pattern of changes in the industrial structure and regional competition , technological innovation as a breakthrough, and provides a theoretical basis for the industrial transformation of coal resource-based cities . First, the coal resources of the city are defined from start to analyze the characteristics of the coal resource-based cities inevitability of industrial transformation , and to further explore the internal mechanism and mode of action of the technological innovation of urban industrial transformation of coal resources . On this basis , the analysis of the operation of the system of technical innovation the microscopic elements obstacles , some solutions and recommendations for these elements obstacles , learn the theory and practice of other cities of the industrial transformation .
