Abstract
|
Due to the rapid development of information technology and the advent of the energy crisis , the traditional paper reader can not meet the demand of the people of the explosive growth of today 's social information , electrochromic phenomenon ( electrochromism ) aroused the height of a new paper reader concern in the hope that one day based on the the electrochromic principle reader alternative to the traditional paper, a new way of reading . The papers from the easiest NANOFILM starting produced based traditional Electrochromic technology devices and electromechanical combined photochromic technology \free to display Arabic numerals , fast response , broad viewing angle , high contrast , low power consumption , stable performance , low-cost production to meet the simple information display function , has great potential for application . First, the paper electric devices to the discoloration array of yin and yang is extremely nanomaterials film porous Ti02 nanocrystalline thin films prepared by screen printing conductive glass substrate FTO (SnO2: F) and Scratch and capacitance characteristics ATO (SnO2 : Sb) film , to make such a display array device has a \Secondly, by the method of organic synthesis , the 4,4 ' - bipyridine molecule \together , greatly improves the stability and longevity of the devices work . Again, and was prepared by a method of laser etching a graphic electrically photochromic electrode , so that more precise control of the drive signal to the device . Finally , the anode and cathode of the device package , connect the drive test , based on such technology, electric photochromic display devices can further development beyond e - ink technology in the near future to replace the traditional paper , changing the way people launch a reading habits revolution .
