Abstract


The doctor-patient relationship as an integral part of human culture - specific , is critical of the medical activities , medical interpersonal core . The doctor-patient relationship is closely related to the contents of the daily life and the life of the masses , can be said is the epitome of social relations , and build a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients is an important part of building a socialist harmonious society . Our country has entered a critical period of reform and opening up , the social structure of the transition period , these unprecedented opportunities and challenges to the development of China 's medical and health undertakings , whether the doctor-patient relationship has become the focus of the whole society and the hot harmony . Therefore, the harmonious relationship between doctors and patients meet members of society with the increasing demand for medical services , to achieve the development goals of building a harmonious society in China has an important significance . To learn more about the current situation of our doctor-patient relationship , clear the attitude of the patients on the doctor-patient relationship and their differences , this study to select patients for the study, to launch a nationwide large - scale survey , in order to build a harmonious doctor-patient the relationship between reality and theory support . 914 patients in five provinces and cities nationwide survey found : 1 , self patients of medical Attitude by three factors were of medical emotion , health seeking behavior and medical cognition . The data analysis showed that the questionnaire has good reliability and validity , in line with the requirements of psychological tests . 2 , the patient to the medical attitude in gender, home location , qualifications, method of payment, personal income , there are significant differences . 3 patients to the medical attitude of medical treatment of patients satisfaction between there is a significant positive correlation with the patient's medical treatment between negative emotions significantly negative . 4 , after controlling the demographic variables , negative emotions and patients to the medical attitude to a doctor satisfaction have a significant impact , can explain 43.4% of the variance . 5 patients on medical attitude between negative emotional and medical satisfaction plays a partial mediating role .
