Abstract


Government's \Improve administrative efficiency and effectiveness of government to build government by law , which requires the government itself to improve the legitimacy and effectiveness of governance . With the deepening of economic and social development of local financial strength of the expansion and the imbalance between local interests . Interests of the game under the local government decrees selectively enforce superiors , or overrun executed, even if \How to protect the government authority to improve the application of government power to ensure smooth flow of government process , \Administrative supervision system lineage and development. In this paper, the theory and practice of supervision work at home and abroad on the basis of research , combined with China 's system of government transition period analysis, government supervision system status and issues in depth analysis, but also tried to make use of the theory with practice . Development of a system for the needs of government supervision , administrative supervision system effective point , government supervision and institutional development, the possibility of problems arising from derivatives , analysis, and countermeasures to explore the pros and cons were thinking , aims to reveal the issues of government supervision system evolution of the law , in order to improve the functions of government supervision , improve government management level.
