Abstract


Europe is a continent that has a long history. Tradition for hundreds of years to form a more or less about the lives of Europeans. The same is true in the political sphere. History and tradition largely affected people in European countries of different political parties of their own identity, and also a reminder that people should bear what responsibility for their parties. In 1967, a famous scholar, Seymour Martin Lipset and Stein Rokkan in his book \They think, \Lipset and Rokkan theory provides a new perspective for election analysis and political parties, political party system research. Simply from the party platform, election strategy, political parties and candidates to analyze the rise and fall of political parties and the party system stability and change, often come to reality contrary to the conclusions. After many appearances, has a certain continuity and stability of the social and cultural factors, and social differences to explain these factors. Throughout the history of the development of political parties in Western Europe, it is not difficult to find experienced changes, integration, reform, after the development of the party system in Western Europe has shown a tendency to stabilize. The emerging parties emerged difficult to shake the veteran status of political parties, they squeeze or a veteran political parties, had to contend with a veteran political party alliance in order to achieve their own political ambitions.
