Abstract


With the accelerating process of urbanization , the community is becoming a major area for the majority of young people will flow . The basis of the center of gravity of the urban youth groups and youth work presented in the terminal of the community . Out-of-school unemployed youth groups as the weakest link in the adolescents need the community to give them more care and help . In recent years , the number of out-of-school unemployed youth is increasing , the increasing number and complexity of its existence , which triggered a series of social problems is growing social concern . Groups of young people eager to government and society to address and meet its growing material and cultural needs . Traditional youth community service is a system of units planned economy and build a top-down help . Help mostly from the country's needs , the objective to serve the order and the interests of society as a whole , the implementation of indoctrination and control the behavior of young people . This indoctrination and control behavior neglect the development and the actual needs of the adolescent personality , the formation of the relationship of the upper and lower levels of education , adolescents often inconsistent this control behavior . The concept of community service for the city of out-of-school unemployed youth work provides a new model , which focus on solving the actual needs and difficulties of young people , and therefore able to get the recognition of young people . Out of school unemployed youth community service on the domestic review and summary of the basis on a Jiezhen out of school unemployed youth of the community service , for example, to study the actual needs of the unemployed young people out of school and by the form of questionnaires and interviews , community service satisfaction degrees , and so on, in order to study in the current social context , how to carry out community service , not only theoretically improve community services areas , to further explain the significance of the continuous improvement of the services , and in practice , so that the city out of school unemployed youth to better adapt to society.
