Abstract


The company of QiongLai power supply has completed city and country power grid renovation project that a home supply a electric energy meter, to be compared with before,meter recording‘s workload have a signifcant increase. And because of adverse natural conditions and the load decentralization in QiongLai countryside,which create difficiulties to clamb the ladder in manual meter reading and the meter reading data does not meet the information system management in power supplyenterprises. Further analysis on some main stream of check meter and combine the development of QiongLai Power Company, that set up an application of a hand-held meter-copy device based on Bluetooth in QiongLai Power Supply Company. This can significantly improve the status of the difficulties in manual meter reading and the low digitized.The main object of this paper is Bluetooth communication technology. Base on the local actually situation, the article has designed a handheld meter reading equipment based on bluetooth communication standard. Moreover, field test of this equipment is also conducted. The main contents are:1.The article goes into details about advantages and disadvantages of several main meter reading technologies in China and abroad.2.Communication protocol and hardware structure of bluetooth module are analyzed in this paper.3.Make sure about the right designed route. And according to the standard of the bluetooth communication, the whole system is made up of the sensor part and control terminal of the single-chip microcomputer. At the same time, a platform is also to be constructed.4.Write a set of intact programs. The data sent by 485 interface of the ammeter can be transformed into readable and operational one by a consistent process: data collection, transmission by bluetooth, reception and storage, and finally a user-computer interface.5.As long as the invention of the equipment, field test of it can be carried out.This system have more stability and more operability so that it receive a series of better application in qionglai country of adverse natural conditions, in the future of development, such as smarthome meter recording technology, and so on, it will show more superiority.
