Abstract


From the current reality of rural social point of view , the land contract and management rights and interests of rural women always have been infringed , the reason stems from many aspects . In this paper, difficult for rural women to equal access to land contract interests in the status quo , to analyze the field of land contracting and difficult to achieve equality between men and women . Seek to achieve equality , to get rid of the path of discrimination , to explore the two-step process : a combination of relevant laws, regulations , and then to a specific special law from the Constitution to the general law , the legal system to sort out the field of land contract , rural women equal protection of the right path. Intent analysis demonstrate a land contract in the field of rural women's equal rights to legal protection status blueprint , from which we will find by land contract system point of view , it has a relatively complete provisions on the protection of equality between men and women , and arguably should provide more effective rights protection .
