Abstract

Ordered porous materials have representative well-regulated size and cavum structure was synthesized, such as HMS, MCM-41, MCM-48, SBA-15. The powder materials modified carbon paste electrodes were fabricated and characterized. The differences in adsorption of nitrophenol, nitrochlorobenzene and hydroquinone on these materials interface were investigated by means of electrochemical methods, respectively, and the corresponding determination methods towards three types organic pollutant were established successfully. Based on this,β-cyclodextrin modified SBA-15 complex was synthesized, and was applied to recognize the nitrophenol isomer in aqueous solution. The selective and sensitive determination methods was established, and the electrochemical reaction process mechanism was also discussed. Afterward, the properties of order porous material modified electrodes were improved by ionic liquid, and were assessed. Finally, polyhydroxy capturer quercetin was fixed into the porous materials, and modified electrodes was fabricated. These electrodes was used to recognize copper, lead and cadmium ions in solution simultaneously, a selective and sensitive determination methods of mental ions was established, the electrochemical mechanism was also discussed. The work of this thesis was divided into four parts:Firstly, different pore channel structure materials of HMS, MCM-41, MCM-48, SBA-15 were synthesized, modified electrode was fabricated and characterized. The voltammetry behavior of ferrocene at modified paste electrode was investigated. The voltammetry behavior of nitrophenol, nitrochlorobenzene, hydroquinone at the modified carbon paste electrode was studied, respectively. Under the optimal condition, the sensitive voltammetric peak show the linear relatonshp with the concentration range. Consequently, three new systems for the determination of nitrophenol, nitrochlorobenzene, hydroquinone are established. The high sensitivity, the good selectivity, the satisfactory repeatability make the method full of practical value. This research has great theory meaning and using value.Secondly, the cyclodextrin functionalized SBA-15 compounds was synthesis and characterized successfully, and their product chemical modified carbon paste electrode was fabricated. The electrochemical behavior of nitrophenol isomer on modified elecrodes were investigated by means of CV. A selective and sensitive determination of nitrophenol isomer was established. The electrochemical mechanism was also discussed in detail.Thirdly, IL-HMS modified electrode was fabricated. The electrochemical characteristics of electrodes were surveyed. It is showed that the HMS can provide pore canal to the reaction at the same time increase the resistance, and ion liquid can promote the electron transfer. Finally, a more comprehensive and systematic study of the copper, lead and cadmium ions in the chemical modification of quercetin and a variety of carbon paste electrode modified electrode on the electrochemical behavior were studied in a variety of factors affect the electrode, the electrode of the electrochemical behavior of their own as well as the formation of the coordination complex mechanism. As a result of electrode reaction mechanism is very complex, its need for further study. In short, the use of quercetin chemical modified carbon paste electrode stripping voltammetry determination of copper lead and cadmium ions, the chemically modified to further expand the scope of application of electrodes, because of its method is sensitive, rapid, accurate, simple and easy to make the characteristics of the sensor has important theoretical significance and application value.
