Abstract


The development of Information technology supports and makes a new way for teachers’research.Network course plays a key role in network education as a carrier of the online study. However, there is still some problems. Knowledge Management is one way of developing in the future, it indicates the transform of Explicit knowledge and implicit knowledge and make new clues and views for network course. Network course based on knowledge management cares more about acquiring knowledge, communicating and the transform of the explicit knowledge and implicit knowledge, so this makes innovation of the knowledge. The aim of the article is to put the knowledge management into the design and the development of network courses.And to make a network platform for the students to make use of knowledge management for studying the related knowledge in order to foster the students’ information literacy and to develop the study skills.The article analyses the present situation and the trend in development of online course by using the document research method. And the analysis and research is according to many books and research papers. It focus on the basic throretics problems such as composing, tools and strategies of the knowledge management.and based on the rules,methods and strategies of designing online course based on knowledge management, it gives the online course called modern educational technology.
