Objective: To determine the patients with hypertensive emergency neuroendocrine factors (angiotensin Ⅱ, Ang Ⅱ) and immune indicators (interleukin-6, IL-6; immunoglobulin G, IgG; Complement 3, C3), explore the neuroendocrine system and the immune The system change and the relationship between patients with hypertensive emergency. Method: Select Luzhou Medical College Hospital Department of Cardiology, Department of Neurology, neurosurgery hospitalized patients with hypertensive emergency 46 cases, with an isotope radiation immune assay of plasma angiotensin Ⅱ (Ang Ⅱ), leukocyte interleukin -6 (IL-6) ; scattering with immune than nephelometry detect blood immunoglobulin G (IgG) and complement 3 (C3). Select out-patient sex, age and hypertensive emergency group match healthy 30 cases; Cardiology, hospitalization, gender, age-matched group of patients with hypertensive emergency liver and kidney disease, diabetes, secondary hypertension primary sexual hypertension (high blood pressure) of 31 patients with the two groups as a control group. Results: (1) among the groups age, gender, heart rate, and fasting glucose was no statistical difference (P gt; 0.05); systolic blood pressure of hypertensive emergency group than normal blood pressure group and the normal blood pressure group was significantly higher (P lt; 0.01) ordinary hypertension group than in the normal blood pressure group systolic blood pressure was significantly higher (P lt; 0.01); hypertensive emergency in diastolic blood pressure compared with ordinary hypertension group statistical differences (P lt; 0.05), compared with normal blood pressure group significant difference (P lt; 0.01), ordinary hypertension group and normotensive diastolic blood pressure showed no significant difference (P gt; 0.05). (2) the hypertensive emergency group blood level of Ang Ⅱ and normal blood pressure group significant difference (P lt; 0.01), a significant difference (P lt; 0.05) compared with ordinary hypertension group, ordinary hypertension group and normal blood pressure group Ang Ⅱ levels were significantly different (P lt; 0.05); IL-hypertensive emergency group level with ordinary hypertension group and normal blood pressure group were significantly different (P lt; 0.01), ordinary hypertension group and normal blood pressure group The level of IL-6 is a significant difference (P lt; 0.01); hypertensive emergency group IgG levels with normal blood pressure group and hypertension group, there were significant differences (P lt; 0.01), ordinary hypertension group and normal IgG levels of blood pressure group with significant difference (P lt; 0.05) There were significant differences (P lt; 0.05); the hypertensive emergencies Group C3 levels and normal blood pressure group, hypertensive emergency group and hypertension group, ordinary high C3 levels, blood pressure and normal blood pressure group was no significant difference (P gt; 0.05). (3) systolic blood pressure of hypertensive emergency group and Ang II, IL-6, IgG, C3 was positively correlated (0 lt; r lt; 1, P lt; 0.05); diastolic pressure and C3 were positively correlated (0 lt; r lt; 1 , P lt; 0.05), and Ang II, IL-6, IgG correlation (P gt; 0.05). (4) in patients with hypertensive emergency Ang Ⅱ and IL-6, the correlation coefficient was 0.412 (p = 0.004), Ang II and IgG correlation coefficient of 0.297 (p = 0.045), Ang II and C3 correlation coefficient was 0.315 (P = 0.033). (5) hypertensive emergency group of stroke patients with systolic blood pressure levels higher than the occurrence of cardiovascular events (P lt; 0.05), Ang II and C3 was significantly higher than the level of cardiovascular events (P lt; 0.01), stroke The patient's blood IgG levels higher than the occurrence of cardiovascular events group (P lt; 0.05), stroke and cardiovascular events in patients with diastolic blood pressure and plasma IL-6 levels no significant differences (P gt; 0.05). Conclusion: patients with hypertensive emergency neuroendocrine system and immune system activation, systolic blood pressure, diastolic pressure and the neuroendocrine system and the immune system, there are; different diseases of hypertensive emergency neuroendocrine - immune changes: hypertensive emergency group The relationship between stroke patients with neuroendocrine system than cardiovascular events in patients with close relationship with the immune system is not clear.
