Objective: This project aims to observe herbal fumigation treatment of knee osteoarthritis ( tendons stasis card ) clinical efficacy, in order to further explore and understand knee osteoarthritis pathogenesis and treatment of the disease herbal fumigation mechanism . Methods: 80 patients with osteoarthritis of the knee were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, treatment group, 40 patients were treated with herbal fumigation treatment ; control group of 40 patients received injections of sodium hyaluronate knee and systematic observation Fumigation of traditional Chinese medicine in patients with osteoarthritis of the knee the WOMAC score and the improvement of clinical symptoms . Results: The clinical observation showed that the treatment group was 55.0% were clinically controlled , the total effective rate was 92.5 % in the control group, the clinical control rate was 35.0%, significantly , the total effective rate was 72.5%. Statistically, the two groups were clinically controlled rate, the total effective rate were significantly different (P lt; 0.05), indicating that the treatment group was significantly better than the control group . Conclusion: The herbal fumigation treatment of knee osteoarthritis effective, worthy of promotion.
