Electrospinning is built on the basis of an electric field of a new free end spinning method. Darrell H. Reneker Professor explanation, electrospinning is the use of the draft of the electric force and produce a range of about 50 nanometers in diameter arbitrary length of the nanofibers. The basic process is the polymer solution or melt from thousands to tens of thousands of volts to bring high voltage electrostatic charged polymer under the action of an electric field in the capillary Taylor cone vertex is accelerated, and the electric field force overcomes the surface tension of the solution, the final form spraying a thin stream, the polymer is evaporated in the injection process or curing, and ultimately falls on the receiving device, to form a non-woven fabric-like fiber mat. Currently, electrospinning has become one of the preparation methods of the nanofibers. To produce good quality nanofibers, the key is to clarify the mechanism of electrostatic spinning into silk. In theory, the jet is divided into three parts (straight line segments, the conversion region, and the unstable segments), each segment forming mechanism varies the analog first simplified conditions Sectional analog re-loaded farm overall simulation. In this paper, from the three aspects of the electric field, the flow field and force field analysis of the jet movement patterns, as well as CFD software simulation-based analysis theory. Fluid dynamics as a branch of mechanics, have a wide range of applications in many fields. Electrospinning polymer jet belongs fluid, is the law of motion is very complicated, relates to a different aspect of the hydrodynamics, there are a plurality of unknown parameters, and the electrostatic spinning process analysis difficult, so in order to study using conventional mathematical analysis method electrostatic The spinning jet of movement is not desirable, and computational fluid dynamics (CFD), applicable to the study of fluid. POLYFLOW computational fluid dynamics software based on the finite element method, dedicated to the viscoelastic material flow simulation, integration of today's latest, most algorithms. Simulation software Fluent for general-purpose CFD package used to simulate from incompressible to a the highly compressible range of complex flow. The paper uses POLYFLOW simulate different electric force drafting the state of motion of the spinning process stable segment jet, and the simulation results are analyzed, discussed and experimental verification; software Fluent is used to simulate the electrospinning instability paragraph as well as a whole, and the electric field module is loaded the observation field intensity distribution and Jet form. To intercept the jet sports static diagram, and then through the high-speed shooting technical interpretation of the law of the jet sports phenomenon simulation experiments.
