Abstract


Oil is an important resource, as the rapid development of economy and the level of our lives improves constantly, the conflict of oil between supply and demand is gradually sharp. Our coal resource is relatively abundant, so the technology of direct coal liquefaction is one of important ways that can adequately play to resource advantage、supply the shortage of oil、ensure energy safety and supply the resource stably. At the same time, direct coal liquefaction attracts people’s extensive attentions as an important cleaning coal technology.The paper is mainly about: summarizing the researches and methods of direct coal liquefaction at home and abroad, especially the analysis of the researches about abandoned catalyzer. Seeing about how natural mine and the metallurgical waste as catalyzer work on the liquefaction effect of xianfeng coal. Optimizing the important experimental parameters by orthogonal design, then deciding the best condition of experiment.Using the abandoned Fe-catalyzers is an important way that lowers the cost of liquefaction by the summarization of researches at home and abroad. Oil yield increases clearly by using Ferric oxide with assistant sulfur agent, even higher than using pyrites. The paper tries to use natural mine and metallurgical waste as the catalyzer for coal liquefaction, then the result shows that the activity of abandoned catalyzer is contacted with the content of Ferric oxide in catalyzer, yield of liquid products reaches 58.7 percent by using No.1 Bauxide, on the other hand, yield of liquid products is 33.9 percent without any catalyzer, which means yield doubles nearly.Design the orthogonal experiment for the important parameters of coal liquefaction. Analyse the experimental data and calculate the effect function of each gene. The experimental data is consistent with mathematical model, so the model can be used for forecasting the oil yield of coal liquefaction. It shows that the oil yield further increases by adding the catalyzer with assistant sulfur agent. The best conditions of liquefaction from experiment are: the content of sulfur in catalyzer is 1.5 percent; the time of reaction is from 60min to 75 min; the content of catalyzer is 0.5 percent of the content of coal; the content of paste for pulping is two times of the content of coal; the reaction temperature is from 653K to 673K.
