Abstract


Aerobics is an emerging sport, which is a collection of music, dance and gymnastics. Most teenagers especially the female like aerobics because of its fashion and rhythm. But aerobics is defined as an athletic sports fits only for the female, so the male wouldn’t like to enjoy it, which is the misunderstanding of aerobics development.The main reason of their exclusion to aerobics is their wrong learning motivation to the aerobics so they have no inner drive in learning it. The article takes the aerobics learning motivation of Ji’nan vocational college schoolboys as the research topic, researching their type, accuracy and intensity of learning motivation. It uses questionnaire survey, interview, mathematical statistics and other research methods. The investigation object involves schoolboys in Shandong urban Construction Vocational College, Shandong Institute of Commerce and Technology, Iinan Vocational College, Jinan Nursing Vocational College, Shandog College of Tourism and hospitality and Shandong Communication and media college. The main points of view is in the following.1 The schoolboys don’t like aerobics as the schoolgirls and they have no clear learning motivation. The main reasons are the limitation of their athletic values and the feminization of aerobics.2 Schoolboys in different stages of college have different learning motivations on aerobics. Generally speaking, the higher stages they take, the less motivations they have. Most boys in phisical eduction department have active attitude on aerobics, but the others are indifferent with it.3 They schoolboys have no correct and active motivation on aerobisc because the effects of traditional ideas. The femininity of aerobisc is very obvious and teachers pay attention to the practice and ignore the theory teaching in aerobisc eduction. Schoolboys are tired of boring traditional teaching methods.4 As a popular athletic sport, aerobics can attract more schoolboys.The author think we should do aerobics teaching reform in vocational colleges from three aspects:arousing schoolboys’learning enthusiasm, correcting schoolboys’ misunderstanding on aerobics and optimizing teaching resources. And we can enhance schoolboys study interest in aerobics and improve their performance in order to arouse their learning ehthusiasm. We need to explain aerobisc knowledge carefully, establish correct learning objectives and carry out aerobics performance in order to correct their misunderstanding on aerobics. Also we should strengthen aerobics teaching, optimize teaching staff, correct teaching methods to optimize teaching resource.
