Abstract


Continue to strengthen with the public to express their demands range and democratic consciousness, the public requested the right to information, participation, expression and right to supervise the increasing demands, will inevitably lead to the broad participation of the public on the political and social life. Especially in recent years has undergone a significant public events, if there is no exposure of the network, social problems is not possible in a short period of time caused so much public concern. This article focuses on the impact of the demands of the public network is open to the Administrative research, the main research contents are summarized as follows: First, the public to express their demand channel with the government administrative affairs channel research.
