Abstract


Explore adapt the the new skate performance and technical characteristics of the start technology and methods to improve the speed skating short distance the starting stability and starting speed , the subjects using the methods of literature , questionnaire , interview, teaching and training experiment , speed skating short distance starting position with comparative analysis of Heilongjiang Province, more than the sports school a speed skater of 40 people ( 25 men and 15 women ) , the use of the new skates in the experimental research process , starting with the non-point ice standing , the three-point start and the breaststroke starting position speed skating 500m project starting 10m , 30m , 100m speed training , the three start technology teaching and training , starting preparatory posture stabilization time of testing and tracking research in various periods of technological change and speed change test after the end of the experiment, the indicators , analyze , compare, draw the following conclusions : 1 . athletes use the new skates breaststroke start and ice - standing non-point starting starting speed ; 2 . explore breaststroke starting with non - point ice standing start speed skater starting stability ; 3 . trying to prove the breaststroke start with the non- point of the ice starting compared to before starting momentum greater ; 4. provide a theoretical basis for technical training for speed skating start improve the speed skating technique theory ; 5. development speed skating new skates start technique and performance is necessary ;
