The rapid development of information society requires more and more efficient management to modern enterprises.As the excellent deputation of Enterprise Resource Planning,ERP is the core jobs of modern enterprise in information development.Many enterprise,especially the manufacturing enterprises,have successfully made the ERP put in practice.The background of the thesis is my company---- Zhejiang Hongshi Cement CO.,LTD., based on supply chain management model, research and analysis the production and operation of the enterprise and the actual business needs, design according the business process standard, produce a data flow diagram, according to database design theory, based on the C / S system suitable for the actual production environment, design the background database to meet the various production processes, adopt the methd of object-oriented, design the under framework including window class and data window class, and implement the user interface.In this thesis I introduce the development of ERP and Supply Chain Management.And abstracts the enterprise inner supply chain made from the general ERP system,and then based on the investigations to typical manufacturing enterprise--aluminum production enterprise,designs and realizes the supply chain system.The business in the system is driven by the orders and its core is the inventory management.First,after the deeply investigations ofuser requirement in one aluminum manufacturing enterprise,design the supply chain system suit for the enterprise,presents the detail of designation for the unified business flow of the management of purchase,inventory,manufacture and sales. Second,based on the C/S development mode in local area network(LAN),realize the whole system,including database design and user interface design.There are two innovations in the thesis: first, use a logical primary key in database table design, the relationship between tables using primary keys instead of business logic of the primary key. On one hand, use the logical primary key in user interface in order to realize the function of code; on the other hand, system can adapt to changes in business data in order to upgrade system. Sencond, make the business processes standard, design the management of the database into a unified underlying template class, there are five tab interface facing user-oriented: preview, search, new orders, approvals and the liquidation and cancell, friendly interface, unified and standardized process, not only meet the needs of users, but also easy to learn; and this design templates also facilitate the future development of secondary, with good continuation and expansion.Finally,give appraisement of the supply chain management system,and point out the improvement of the system.
