Abstract


With the rapid development of telecommunications technology and people's material and spiritual living standards improve , traditional PSTN phone can no longer meet the day-to-day communication needs . Internet telephony and Internet chat software , the birth of its business diversity , suddenly eclipsed the traditional PSTN services , the development into a bottleneck . How to keep the voice services market , on how the existing network infrastructure to provide a more diverse business , the major domestic carriers are trying to achieve . Binzhou, China Unicom is no exception , as the continue to extend coverage the softswitch technology matures and IP network , IP - based voice services , VOIP business , the future direction of the business development of Binzhou Unicom voice . After a detailed briefing on the of Binzhou Unicom IP bearer network and NGN network status , this paper points out the development of VOIP services in the NGN platform , Binzhou Unicom VOIP business network development mode , and thus for different access methods proposed development VOIP business different solutions .
