Abstract


The shortage of energy resources is a serious problem in our country is currently facing . China's large population , the per capita resources are relatively scarce . Government department statistics show that only 3.0 tons per capita in China remaining recoverable oil reserves , about 1 / 9 of the world's average , more than 40% of foreign oil dependence ; coal, natural gas and forest resources per capita amount , respectively, only the world average of about 1/ 2, 1/23 and 1 /6 . China's current proven oil resources can only be used for 20 years in accordance with the existing use can speed coal as China 's main energy resource can only use 100 years . On the other hand , our current level of per capita energy consumption is only 55% of the world average , the equivalent of 10% of the U.S. per capita energy consumption level , its growth potential is huge . The state of the environment is another major problem facing our country , environmental pollution , indirect or direct economic losses caused by stations accounted for the proportion of the GNP has reached 3-4% . The Asian Games, the city embodies the concept of the construction of the Asian Games City \Of the project according to the principle of priority in the use of solar water safety principles to ensure the Games , new energy, using the maximum principle , reasonable investment , the design concept of running the economy . This thesis is in the form of a business plan , through a series of energy analysis , and economic analysis to show new energy utilization and regional energy supply system has many advantages , reflects the \Guangzhou Asian Games City to become a model for green building . Asian Games Town after the game to provide the high quality of the living and to enjoy life 's environmentally friendly environment .
