Abstract


The spread of the global financial crisis has seriously affected China - ASEAN bilateral trade, bilateral trade volume decline sharply, Chinese exports of electromechanical products to ASEAN has also suffered heavy losses. According to the relevant data show that: on the one hand, the year 2009, China - ASEAN bilateral trade import and export amounted to 213.011 billion U.S. dollars, down 7.8%; Among them, exports of $ 106.292 billion, down 6.9 percent, while imports amounted to 106.714 billion U.S. dollars, down 8.8%. On the other hand, since 2002, accounting for half of China's exports to ASEAN electromechanical products inevitably suffer the impact of the global financial crisis and a sharp decline, only the first half of 2009, Chinese exports of electromechanical products to ASEAN was only 209 billion, down 19.5%. However, compared to China - ASEAN bilateral trade, the Sino-US, Sino-Japanese bilateral trade appeared in more substantial decline. For example, the year 2009, China's import and export trade with the United States amounted to 298.259 billion U.S. dollars, down 29.9 percent; among which China's export volume of U.S. $ 220.816 billion, down 24.6%, Chinese imports from the United States trade volume 77.443 billion U.S. dollars, down 41.6 percent. While China's import and export trade with Japan amounted to 228.848 billion U.S. dollars, down 14.2 percent; among which China's export volume to Japan's $ 97.911 billion, down 15.7 percent, China's imports from Japan trade volume was $ 130.938 billion, down 13.1%. Thus, the impact of the global financial crisis, China - ASEAN bilateral trade decline was lower than the US-Japan bilateral trade decline. This may occur due to the global financial crisis makes regional trade more attention by governments around the world, while ASEAN is China's implementation of regional trade policy an important partner; more importantly, January 1, 2010 China - ASEAN Free Trade Area and the ASEAN countries but also for the Chinese to provide a higher and better development platform, which to a certain extent, ease the global financial crisis on China - ASEAN, the impact of import and export trade. It is foreseeable that China - ASEAN Free Trade Area will be China - ASEAN trade has brought better development opportunities, coupled with the mechanical and electrical products in China's exports to ASEAN countries occupy more than half of GDP. More realistic background makes the study of Chinese - ASEAN intra-industry trade of electromechanical products have a practical significance. Given the current global financial crisis on China's export of electromechanical products to ASEAN countries, the impact, and how to maintain and further expand our mechanical and electrical products in the ASEAN market share in existing markets, how to seize opportunities arising from the financial crisis to improve our export of electromechanical products unit attached value of electromechanical products to enhance the international competitiveness of manufacturing enterprises, and thus progressive realization of China's mechanical and electrical products and electronic products manufacturing enterprises in the ASEAN share of the high-end market share is expanding this basic research ideas. This article specifically reads as follows: First, the author according to G? L index measured results show that China and the ASEAN countries in trade in machinery and electronic products in the form of intra-industry trade occurs; Then, by using the weighted average method of calculation results in China and some ASEAN country's export of electromechanical products unit of value added, export of electromechanical products to countries unit value comparison can be seen China's ASEAN exports of electromechanical products is far below the value of units in Singapore and Malaysia, mechanical and electrical products export unit value. Based on this, the authors of electromechanical products in the fourth chapter on the ASEAN market strategic analysis, first, we introduce government support through a two-stage game g variable theory describes the realization of the market to further expand the existing short-term implementation of the strategy; followed by long-term strategy will advance the implementation of the generalized model building into K variables introduced to China - ASEAN electronic products manufacturing enterprises profit function, describes how to implement China's home appliance products to enhance the export unit value for our electronic products manufacturing enterprises to realize the ASEAN Electrical the high-end market share Juequ product provides a reference path.
