Eco-industrial Park in China has been developed over ten years since its appearance, which has made great contribution in improving the economic efficiency, promoting the full utilization of resources and protecting environment. Eco-industrial chain, as the core framework of Eco-Industrial Park, in order to ensure healthy and sustainable development of eco-industrial park, we have to maintaining the stability of eco-industrial chain. Ecological industry chain’s stability is closely related to the benefit assignment of stakeholders. Therefore, in this paper we applied the evolutionary game theory to study the stability of eco-industrial chain. The detailed content is as follows:The paper first reviews the present status of Eco-industrial chain and Ecological industry chain’s stability, analyses the existing problems of eco-industrial chain. It also summarizes the theory of game theory and evolutionary game theory. Secondly, we qualitatively analysis the influencing factors of the stability of ecological industry chain. On the base of that, the evolutionary game model with two stakeholders and multi-stakeholders are developed respectively, and their analysis flows are given. Finally, we take an example of Hefei Circular Economy Demonstration Park, make two-party and three-party game analysis respectively, accordingly, and provided some advice for the development and management of industrial park. The proposed multiparty evolutionary game analysis can provide some degree of assistance for stakeholders to make decision.
