Abstract

Sediment pollution control is one of the important research content of the urban river pollution control, is also a prominent environmental issues worldwide. Sediment ectopic repair technology due to the high cost, environmentally destructive big drawback, to be greatly restricted in application situ Sediment Remediation Technology gradually become a hot research to carry out artificial aeration of organic pollutants in river sediment biological reduction has important application value. Buji River, Shenzhen city polluted river sediment, the subject is the object of study, sediment artificial oxygen treatment, the auxiliary dosing refractory organics decomposing bacteria technology, to static small pilot study on the reduction of sediment organic matter. The major work undertaken include: first Buji River Yuebao plot sediment physical and chemical indicators, analysis showed that the sediment was slightly alkaline, in a reducing environment, The organic content to reach 157.1g/kg dry mud , serious organic pollution; by sediment disturbance aeration experiment of sediment organic content measured changes in 30 days, to determine the sediment organic pollutants ultimate removal of the case, the experimental results show that the sediment organic matter content in 30 days reduced by 34.3%. Then, in accordance with the requirements situ Sediment Remediation, select the pure oxygen aeration with oxygenated water into two approaches for reducing sediment organic matter experiment, using the perturbation approach does not have a greater impact on the overlying water, research the sediment organic content in the 105 days of the change. The results show that: by pure oxygen aeration handling, sediment organic content reduced by 17.0%; injection treatment by oxygenated water, sediment organic content reduced by 22.3%, and the establishment of a mathematical model to analyze the degradation of sediment organic matter and forecast. On the basis of pure oxygen aeration and oxygenated water into processing sediment 105 days, the auxiliary voted bacteria technology to continue the experiment of sediment organic matter reduction, sediment organic content in the subsequent 32 days of the change. The results show that, assisted by the pure oxygen aeration cast fungus treatment, organic content is further reduced by 4.2% and 1.9% compared to a single pure oxygen aeration treatment; through the oxygenated water injection auxiliary vote bacteria processing organic content is further reduced. 5.9%, compared to a single injection of oxygenated water treatment increased by 2.4%, indicating that the cast has a more significant role in bacteria for biodegradable organic matter degradation. Finally, PCR-DGGE technique to analyze the total number of bacteria in the sediment and bacterial diversity analysis showed that, by pure oxygen aeration and oxygenated water injection were processed sediment type and quantity of sediment bacteria have clear increase.
