Abstract

Coastal waters is most closely related to the relationship between human activity and social development zone. Environmental variables such as climate change and human activities to bring a significant impact on coastal waters ecosystems, mainly into the sea runoff of nutrients and pollutants into the sea cause eutrophication and environment pollution, thereby affecting the biological resources and human itself safety. Zhanjiang Port precisely in this zone of coastal waters, and therefore its study is very important. In recent years, the Zhanjiang Port sea due to economic and social development, an increase in economic activity, especially the rapid development of transportation, petroleum processing industry, as well as the harbor farming, making its ecological environment is under increasing pressure of the multi-pollution, sea pollution is getting worse, the growing number of environmental problems, red tides and other disasters have also occurred, the health and safety of the ecological environment is worrying, the ecological environment has become the focus of attention of the community. Study biology, ecology, geochemistry and sedimentology of the composition and sources of marine suspended particulate matter provides important information, because the formation of suspended particulate matter in the marine environment factors can selectively accumulate a lot of elements, and is the initial stage of the formation of deposits. In this study, by the Zhanjiang Port sea carbon isotopic composition and the spatial and temporal distribution of the suspended particles, the isotope tracer method to explore a major source of pollutants in Zhanjiang Port sea outfall distribution, in order to provide a scientific basis for the Gulf fishery ecological environment pollution control. In this thesis, respectively, in February 2009, May, August, December Zhanjiang Port sea 24 sites in eight sections and three outfall site collecting surface water samples, determination of stable carbon isotope values ??of suspended particulate matter, while also measured water temperature, pH, salinity, chlorophyll a, ammonia, nitrate, nitrite and other environmental factors. Analysis comparing measured results to analyze the composition of suspended particulate matter and the spatial and temporal distribution of the waters, and to explore the problem of pollutant sources. The main results are as follows: 1, suspended particulate matter δ13C values ??have significant seasonal variation. And seasonal variation of reaction is the source of their material seasonal variations, and so can be drawn from different sources of suspended particulate matter in the different seasons. 2, the δ13C values ??of suspended particulate matter presented coastal losses of heavy isotopes outward sea progressive enrichment trends can be drawn, suspended particulate matter produced by terrestrial input and marine life combined effect and there is a certain difference. Δ13C values ??of the suspended particles regional differentiation reflects the growth and decline of the land-based sources of marine source of organic matter input in the coastal distribution. , The outfall site suspended particulate matter in the study δ13C value loss is serious, this is because the the sewage input causes the suspended particles of carbon isotope value loss of the heavy isotope. 4, has a close relationship between the suspended particulate matter δ13C values ??and basic environmental factors have a significant correlation. Different seasons, the relevance of the site is different. The surface seawater δ13C values ??change the dominant factors dynamic process of photosynthesis, is also consumed nutrients led to the dynamic process of concentration, therefore, chlorophyll a, nutrients are more important. Terrigenous and marine source dual impact study of suspended particulate matter of the waters, and land-based sources of influence greater influence of human factors to increase, therefore, the quality status of the marine environment should pay close attention.
