Abstract

Semiconductor quantum dots have unique optical properties , and its biochemistry, materials chemistry , pharmaceutical chemistry and other fields of potential applications, has aroused great concern. QD compared with conventional organic dyes , has obvious advantages , such as the broad excitation spectrum , narrow and symmetric emission spectrum , the emission wavelength position is adjustable , photochemical stability , hard to photolysis . Therefore, successful as a fluorescent probe for some inorganic ions, small organic molecules for detection. The focus of this thesis is the water -phase synthesis as a fluorescent quantum dot probes used for drugs and fluids analysis of a number of small organic molecules . ( 1 ) was studied in aqueous dispersion of synthetic mono- CdS quantum dots, the use of different surface active agents , such as thioglycolic acid and sodium hexametaphosphate as a stabilizer , were synthesized by the mercapto group and the surface hexametaphosphate coated CdS quantum group point , and its synthesis conditions were optimized . ( 2 ) using sodium hexametaphosphate as a stabilizer synthesis of CdS quantum dots as biological sensors for uric acid levels were determined. The results showed that at pH 6.50 phosphate buffer solution , cationic surfactant CTAB in the presence of uric acid can significantly quench the fluorescence intensity of CdS quantum dots , this method can be successfully applied to the detection of uric acid in body fluids . The method is simple , rapid , high sensitivity , good selectivity . ( 3) The mercapto- acetic acid as a stabilizer for synthetic water-soluble fluorescent probe CdS quantum dots selective determination of tetracycline antibiotics. Respectively, at a pH of 4.02 and pH 3.60 phosphate buffer solution mixed , tetracycline and oxytetracycline directly to quench the fluorescence intensity of the quantum dot , a significant quenching . Under optimal conditions , this method can be used for tablets and body fluids in the doped samples for recycling tetracycline and oxytetracycline measured, the results are satisfactory. But also for its possible reaction mechanism was discussed and research .
