Objective: To study the intense pulsed light (IPL) effect and mechanism of hypertrophic scar of rabbit ears. Methods: 30 New Zealand white rabbits, produced two of the same size in each rabbit ears ventral surface of hypertrophic scar model were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group scar Modeling Cap 3,5,7 weeks using the IPL treatment, no treatment control group. Observed the scar morphological changes and modeling 3,5,7 IPL acquisition and modeling the 9th week treatment groups scar tissue specimens, HE staining, immunohistochemical method to detect alpha-SMA, VEGF, PCNA expression of alpha-SMA expression and MVD observed microvascular changes. Modeling nine weeks Shihai cut the normal feeding two rabbits ventral normal skin tissue specimens Ibid check. The rest of the rabbits continued to normal feeding, the control group until the rabbit ear scar softening, completely flat. Results 1 general observation: scar epithelialization time is 18-20 days, the epithelialization about 2 weeks after scar height of about 2-4 times the thickness of the skin, scar about 7 weeks their own degeneration softening; IPL treatment lightening scar in the same period, the thickness decreases. IPL treatment group scar softening, completely flat and the time required is 65.75 ± 5.99 days in the control group soften scar completely flat and the time required is 96.50 ± 8.59 days. HE staining: 3 weeks scar tissue within the control group modeling more fibroblasts and capillaries; modeling five weeks of scar tissue within the large number of fibroblasts, vascular distribution of rich, thick collagen fibers, disorganized; modeling 7 weeks scar tissue fibroblasts and microvascular decrease in the number of rich fibroblasts and microvascular; modeling nine weeks scar tissue is still visible. Scar tissue over the same period after the treatment by the IPL fibroblasts gradually reduced. 3, the organization microvascular density treatment group: modeling 3-week treatment group scar tissue MVD is higher than modeling the 5-week treatment group scar tissue modeling five weeks treatment group scar tissue MVD higher than the modeling of 7-week treatment group scar tissue, built The mold 7 weeks of treatment scar tissue MVD than modeling 9 weeks of treatment groups scar tissue modeling 9 weeks of treatment group scar tissue MVD and MVD group of normal skin tissue was no significant difference (p gt; 0.05). Control group: a is consistent with the trend of the treatment group. Scar tissue for the treatment group and the control group the MVD group over the same period compared significantly reduced (P lt; 0.05). 4, the expression of VEGF treatment Group: Modeling the 3-week treatment group scar tissue VEGF positive staining granules in the cytoplasm, the total strength of expression modeling 5 weeks of treatment group was significantly higher than scar tissue, the modeling week treatment group scar tissue VEGF positive particles The expression level is higher than modeling the seven-week treatment group scar tissue, modeling seven weeks treatment group scar tissue VEGF positive particles was higher than that modeling 9 weeks of treatment scar tissue, of modeling nine weeks treatment group scar tissue VEGF and normal skin of VEGF difference was not statistically significant (p GT; 0.05) Control group: control group modeling five weeks scar tissue the VEGF positive particles expression levels higher than control group scar tissue modeling three weeks, the trend is consistent with the treatment group. The comparison between the treatment group and the control group scar tissue VEGF group over the same period decreased significantly (P lt; 0.05). PCNA expression of the treatment group: modeling the 3-week treatment groups scar tissue PCNA-positive staining particles located in the nucleus, the total strength of expression modeling the 5-week treatment group was significantly higher than scar tissue, modeling five weeks treatment group scar tissue PCNA expression of positive particles higher than modeling 7 weeks of treatment scar tissue, scar tissue modeling seven weeks treatment group PCNA-positive particles was higher than that modeling 9 weeks of treatment groups scar tissue, modeling nine weeks scar scar tissue PCNA and normal skin tissue PCNA difference was not statistically significant (p GT; 0.05) Control group: a is consistent with the trend of the treatment group. Scar tissue for the treatment group and the control group was significantly reduced (P lt; 0.05) the PCNA group over the same period compared. The conclusion 1.IPL hypertrophic scar of rabbit ears have a significant therapeutic effect. 2.IPL may be achieved by destroying the scar microvascular and inhibit angiogenesis in the scar role in the treatment of hypertrophic scars.
