Abstract


Objective: To observe the \child anorexia symptoms, treatment of anorexia in children due to the role of immunosuppression and provide experimental basis for clinical application. Methods: 50 healthy SD rats were adaptive feeding, according to the principle of randomly divided into five groups of 10. Group A: control group, rats were given normal diet; B Group: anorexia observation group; C Group: Chinese high concentration group (1g/ml); D Group: Herbal low concentration group (0.5g/ml); Group E: control drug group. Group B to E group were prepared using a special diet. All groups daily food intake statistics to 7 days for a period of record weight changes. To food intake in rats in each experimental group compared with the control group decreased by 30% or more as a model to build a successful logo, then the rats were converted to normal diet, and for drug orally (1 times / day), and the control group Anorexia observation group using saline, and the remaining three groups using the appropriate medication orally. Tests regularly observe major physiological and test four weeks in blood samples taken at the end of the relevant biochemical determination. Data analysis: ① Experimental anorexia alter food intake in rats time aspects: gavage 7 days later, C and D, rats rats food intake was significantly increased compared with group B (C group P lt; 0.001; Group D P lt; 0.01). And until the first 14 days after the administration began, E intake rats compared with group B, have significantly improved (P lt; 0.01). Experiments show that the efficacy of the role of time, the liver and spleen soup obvious advantages compared to control drug. ② The weight change of anorexia in rats: the medicine administered after the first 14 days, C group and D group of rat body weight increased significantly compared with group B (C group, D group were P lt; 0.05) , while the E group (control drug group) weight of rats from the first 21 days after drenching also beginning to have a more significant increase in the relative group B (P lt; 0.05), and the C group compared with the right amount of weight gain group E also significantly (P lt; 0.05), D and E did not change significantly compared to (P gt; 0.05). Tip 3 drugs group of drugs can improve the absorption of nutrients in rats, increasing the weight of the rats, the effects of high concentration of Chinese medicine is more obvious. ③ The anorexia serum interleukin-2 Content: After treatment, C to E of serum interleukin-2 compared with group B, have a noticeable increase (3 groups P lt; 0.01); C serum levels of interleukin-2 was significantly higher than the E group, with which to compare were significantly different (P lt; 0.05,); D serum levels of interleukin-2 content with the E group showed no significant difference (P gt; 0.05); C group Serum interleukin-2 was significantly greater than the measured value group D (P lt; 0.05); C serum levels of interleukin-2 measured values ??compared with the control group, no significant difference (P gt; 0.05). ④ Shuganlipi soup in Juvenile serum zinc (Zn), lead (Pb) Content: After treatment, the three treatment groups in serum zinc (Zn) were significantly higher than the observation group ( P lt; 0.05), serum lead (Pb) compared with the observation group, significantly lower (P lt; 0.01),; C serum levels of zinc (Zn) were higher than group D, serum lead (Pb) content is low in Group D, with a significant difference compared (P lt; 0.05). Group C serum zinc (Zn) were higher than group E, serum lead (Pb) content of less than E group, with a significant difference compared (P lt; 0.01); D serum levels of zinc (Zn), lead (Pb ) content than the E group no significant increase, both of which showed no significant difference (P gt; 0.05); C serum zinc (Zn), lead (Pb) content in the blank control group showed no significant difference (P gt; 0.05) ; visible medicine more effective than high concentration and low concentration group Jiang Zhongjian gastric digestion tablet group. Conclusions: (1) proved Shuganlipi Tang Chinese medicine can promote the absorption of trace elements in rats anorexia, regulating trace elements and restore stable internal environment, enabling experiments anorexia food intake and body weight in rats has a more improved significantly. (2) by increasing Shuganlipi soup normal expression of immune substances, such as IL-2 content increases to adjust the level of immune, for the parties to improve anorexia in children caused by low immunity provides a scientific experimental basis.
