Abstract


In 1999 , China opened the cultivation of primary education at undergraduate level , and the United States since the 1960s , Normal basically extinct , primary school teachers by the Ecole Normale to now a comprehensive university in the College of Education than our full already left four decades . Four decades of development , the training of primary school teachers advantage is reflected in what ? Author of Georgia State University in the United States and two cases of Sichuan Normal University in person than on observation , the comparison of the data analysis, pointed out that China 's primary education professional breakthrough in the reform of pre-service education practice curriculum. First , through the analysis of existing data , the primary school teacher education, educational practice and educational practice subjects were defined; primary teacher education and higher education practice at home and abroad to make a comprehensive analysis of existing research data obtained educational practice courses in primary pre-service teacher education in this particular field of research is still relatively weak. Therefore, the author has developed from the perspective of comparative education , analysis, observation and interviews to do the analysis , with the United States, two cases of primary education , so as to reform of the educational practice of education in the primary school teachers in pre- course strategy research ideas . Then , through the comparison and analysis of the emergence and development of Sino-US Elementary Teacher Education , also saw the lack of development between the two countries in the same attitude of attention towards education practice . Mainly through the generalization of Georgia State University in the United States and two schools of Sichuan Normal University Elementary Education major , training objectives and the introduction of the training plan , two cases in the proportion of the relationship between educational practice courses and the other three courses different , leads to a detailed comparison of the educational practice courses . Finally, according to the comparison of the cases , the problems of the stage in primary school teacher training in China , given the appropriate reform strategy , and strive through the Primary Teachers in practice curriculum reform , shorten the gap with the United States four decades , cultivate a high-quality primary education teachers .
