Abstract


With China Telecom broadband digital services implementation and progress, China Telecom has a backbone network of more than four thousand light G. At present, China Telecom traditional fixed-line business is shrinking , while the transmission of light as a medium rapid growth of broadband digital services , in order to speed up the response speed broadband telecommunications maintain and improve synergies among the various departments handling capabilities , to reduce barriers to repair lasted , improve user perception of barriers to control the effectiveness of broadband to become the city 's focus on the corporate network maintenance work , a single stand-alone modules existing network management system can no longer meet the operational needs of network management software integrated management features separate modules replace single network management system is an inevitable trend . This article in accordance with the China Telecommunications Corporation \Broadband obstacles Management Information Management System implementation will improve the sharing of information and resources , companies can integrate various city departments broadband technology barriers , obstacles repair capacity to strengthen and improve the management and control department of management and performance evaluation efforts. This article focuses around Guiyang telecommunications network management \the use of system design methods for network topology design, business functional modularity, a detailed analysis of business processes, conducted a database design, complete broadband obstacle information management system 's overall design . In architecture design , considering the specific implementation problems, the key technology for programming experiments for the next concrete implementation provides a practical solution .
