Abstract


Public relations is both a science and an art . As the most important public relations network , external relations , government relations began to receive widespread attention and concern , and good government relations management protection to business success , but also increasingly being applied in practice . The state-owned foreign trade enterprise , once the cause of China's foreign trade is booming in the process , has played a crucial and irreplaceable role ; is also promoting the historical process of China to the world economic power road constantly forward , played an important role . However , with the impact of economic globalization and WTO accession , the state-owned foreign trade enterprises have encountered unprecedented impact and challenges . Development strategy and a way out of the state-owned foreign trade enterprise is highly concerned about the same time in academia, business , government relations management should be incorporated into the strategic areas of the state-owned foreign trade enterprises to consider . In this thesis, the state-owned foreign trade enterprises for the research subject , the first inductive analysis of the importance and characteristics of the management of state-owned foreign trade enterprise government relations . Then, based on the SWOT analysis of the state-owned foreign trade enterprises , further summary of its internal and external public environment . After joining the WTO , in the face of the globalization of the market environment , the state-owned foreign trade enterprise , how will adjust its government relations strategy ? Small sample of this paper exploratory survey and depth interviews , summed up the relationship between the government of the state - owned foreign trade enterprises management the status quo , and summed up the main problems of the present . Finally, the combination of case empirical analysis , and proposed the corresponding countermeasures and measures for the state - owned foreign trade enterprises in carrying out government relations management problems and obstacles . This paper is an important combination of corporate government relations theory and practice of state-owned foreign trade enterprises , which I hope will give the relevant foreign trade enterprise engaged in the actual work of government relations management process , provide some useful reference for can be targeted sexual services in the state-owned foreign trade enterprise management practice .
