Abstract


In the fierce market competition, more and more companies began to realize the difficult long-term competitive advantage of established products and services the only stable customer relationships in order to alleviate the uncertainty in the market environment, sustained for enterprises to win stable competitiveness. Therefore, the client resources has become the target enterprises compete customer relationship management has become an important means for enterprises to gain competitive advantage. However, due to the traditional CRM system investments, long life cycle, high investment risk, SMEs unbearable. ASP model through the establishment of a common IT services platform services software platform to provide users with a lease, can effectively remove the financial and technical troubled. But the shortcomings and defects of the ASP model restricts its development, and thus more and more in-depth optimization ASP model. Grid computing technology is a new distributed computing technology, it can make full use of various resources in the network, powerful data processing functions. It appears to provide a new direction to optimize the ASP model. This paper tries to combine CRM, ASP, and grid computing to explore grid computing environments based on the ASP CRM model, the introduction of grid computing ideological ASP and CRM mode by ASP and ASP-CRM Grid Computing Environment mode of study, analysis of its characteristics and commercial value, the new direction of exploration for the next generation of ASP and ASP-CRM model. This paper is divided into seven chapters. The first chapter described the research background, meaning, purpose, content, method and innovation. The second chapter introduces the theoretical basis of CRM, the meaning of ASP and grid computing, characteristics and advantages. Chapter the the existing ASP model based on the introduction of grid computing, research grid computing ideology ASP business model, characteristics. The fourth chapter analyzes the framework of the CRM system and study the functional model and the architecture of the ASP-CRM system. Chapter proposed the ASP-CRM model under the grid computing environment on the basis of the third, four chapters of architecture and service model, and its commercial value and achieve SWOT analysis. Chapter VI is the first text theoretical analysis based on actual cases to analyze and discuss the benefits of the new model. Finally, the seventh research are summarized, and the limitations of the study and future research recommendations are described.
