Abstract


With the advent of economic globalization and the information age , international economic competition has become intense , \choice as the starting point and the key points of the technological innovation activities of the enterprises' technological innovation mode , has a crucial impact on the success of the enterprise technology innovation activities . Therefore, choose a technological innovation model to adapt to the conditions of the business and development requirements , is very necessary and important places . Game theory is the decision on the promotion of development , is the logic of decision theory essentially complete , compared to other economic enterprises more effective guidance to scientific decision-making . The article attempts to use game theory to provide an objective and rational guidance as the technical demand-side enterprise technological innovation mode choice . The paper first introduces the various classifications and characteristics of the technology innovation strategy mode , select from technology innovation management theory to sources of technology for technology innovation strategy based on the division of the model , that is, independent innovation model , imitating innovation model, the introduction of digestion and absorption mode and co- innovation model the four modes as the technical requirements of this article of enterprise strategy space game ; then further analysis of the characteristics , advantages and disadvantages of the four modes . Secondly, according to the information asymmetry exists in the real-world conditions , build incomplete information dynamic game model . And then , through the sequential game tree game player gains comparative analysis , come to meet corporate profit maximization decisions , and gives the enterprise technological innovation mode based on incomplete information on enterprise innovation mode , rich the existing theory of enterprises select technology innovation mode provides a scientific , objective and rational decision-making methods . Finally, the paper cited an instance determined by analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy mathematical matrix game model parameters , which determine the revenue of the enterprise in a variety of modes of innovation , by comparison of the various modes of corporate earnings , further validation before Game Analysis conclusion.
