This paper analyzes the financial management system, information technology application situation in deomestic and abroad, followed by pairs of Basic Theories of Financial Management were outlined, and Ma Dian Based on the financial management system were analyzed by the targeting information technology of this system project management of specific strategies, processes and methods, in particular the progress of the project management and risk management conducted in-depth study and discussion.
