Abstract


With the corporate management activities and financial information technology become more closely integrated, computerized accounting has moved from purely transactional accounting to the networked and integrated management. With inflow of the thinking and technologies of business process reengineering (referred to as BRP) and enterprise resource planning system (referred to as ERP), financial software of simple accounting in china change into the integrated management software. Computer hardware and software performance significantly improved and Internet technology develop rapidly, which build a solid material foundation for the development and implementation of financial information management system. The development of enterprise information construction take a positive role in the development of the financial functions, while the development of the financial function to a certain stage in turn put forward higher requirements. Construction of enterprise information take information technology as a means to improve the Group’s financial management, streamline its business processes, enhance supervisory control for cash flow and value flow . Therefore, the study of the issues of theory and practice related to financial information, both in raising the level of financial management of enterprises or enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, increase economic efficiency and so on, have a positive and practical significance.In this paper, with the methods of the combination of theory and practice to analyze the YSZJ Company’s financial management information status and its management practices, proposed applications on the three financial management systems. Realization of the essential data unification in the three financial management subsystem is the key factor of the collective form finance software successful application. The article tries to construction of target of the centralized accounting system, the budget management system and the funds management system.,try to realize an application of unification and sharing on the essential data platform.
