Abstract


The polymer melt injection molding the filling process directly affect the molding injection molded parts quality and production efficiency is the most important stage of the molding. The mold temperature as affecting the important process parameters of the molding mold filling process is critical, particularly the injection molding of small articles of its research. Therefore, the numerical simulation conducted in order to study the role played by the mold temperature in the injection molding, molding process test, optimize injection mold design, reasonable set molding process parameters and to improve the quality of the plastic parts have important theoretical significance and practical value. This article according to the principle of electromagnetic induction heating, the design and manufacture of the electromagnetic induction heating device, using CAE software numerical simulations, the experimental comparison of the efficiency of the electromagnetic induction heating, and the rapid heating of the electromagnetic induction heating device using the design of the surfaces of the mold and injection molding test, verify the technical feasibility of variotherm, and also verify the importance of the influence of mold temperature on the quality of the molding. The main contents of this paper include the following aspects: 1. Contrast the advantages and disadvantages of the different heating methods, analysis and description of the the outstanding advantages of variotherm tiny injection molding, according to the theory of electromagnetic field and heat transfer theory of induction heating The theoretical analysis, and determining the induction heating is a viable, efficient mold surface temperature rapid heating method. 2. Using electromagnetic heating process of its different mode of heat transfer to the mold analysis, comparative characteristics of different topologies for induction heating apparatus of the circuit system, an electromagnetic induction heating device is designed and manufactured, and asked the processing can be used for the actual production of the processes. Size of the injection molded parts 13.6mm × 3mm, thickness of 0.3mm thin-walled products such as numerical simulation of the filling process, analyze less material injection case, different mold temperature on the forefront of product flow, the maximum clamping force, Weld , and the reason to produce these results. 4 the design of the electromagnetic induction heating device in the heating efficiency of the test, and the efficiency of the traditional heating methods. 5. Use electromagnetic induction heating equipment heating the mold surface mold temperature molding products affected experiments, the flow characteristics of the observed products flow front, the fusion zone, according to the experimental results, the numerical simulation and the experimental results were compared, verified numerical simulation method, and the effectiveness of the method variotherm.
