Abstract


With the growing size of LCD flat-panel TVs large-scale, high-definition image display screen, product diversification and other factors, the current market, LCD flat-panel TV competition has become intense. LCD TV prices in the entire LCD panel accounted for 70%. Visible for the entire LCD panel manufacturing has an important role in the LCD TV market, including TFT-LCD panel LCD panel is the current mainstream.TFT-LCD panel manufacturers to enter the Chinese mainland is shorter (about 10 years), compared to overseas panel makers, panel makers for products of domestic type single, poor pass rate, the low capacity of independent innovation and other issues outstanding, the relative cost of production high, one of the important reasons is that the preparation of the project during construction quality control of equipment left hidden, especially in equipment selection, portfolio.In this paper, respectively, from high-generation TFT-LCD production line of the preparatory phase before, during and after the three stages of starting to solve the current issues related to the quality of the equipment there. Preparations for pre-primary analysis of the project risk identification and solution, which leads to the demand for positioning devices; mainly focused on preparations for the mid-design and scientific equipment needs assessment methods, the use of FMEA, SWOT and MiniTab and other software-related data analysis methods, preferred provider providers, to provide strong technical support for the purchase. Preparation is reasonable to control the major post-production schedules and specifications of equipment, the development of rational acceptance criteria for acceptance of equipment operation.Finally, with the actual 8.5-generation TFT-LCD production line in preparation for the use of the results obtained, and strive to form a complete set for the LCD panel industry in the project preparation period of the equipment quality management for the future development of related domestic industries have an important reference value.
