Once the normative documents appear deviation or inadequacy,it will influence the governmental authority and public’s trust of influence,and injure the benefits of thousands social public.Take a wide view of our country’s present condition of norm document,it’s not difficult to find out that the problems are very distinct,because of illegal and absurd documents,there are more and more public events appealing to the higher authorities for help,influence of scope more and more wide,the difficulty handling is also more and more big.Know disunity to the norm document for long time with our country,not value,it is can hardly for the after the event of the norm document direct way to develop it to inspect effect and contain very great relation to the check and supervision existence of the norm document certain blank.Aim at this present condition,this text with norm document administration reviewing for study an angle of view,Be stopped for a rest to an our country of actual,analyzed an our country completely norm the document inspect existent blemish,and carried on an analysis to the output reason,get the realistic necessity that carries on an administration reviewing to the norm document thus;Then around how investigate?Investigate what in order to correspond a point,made sure the object of administration reviewing;Check object to carry on analytical foundation in the confrontation up,well absorb a thou now the research achievement of legitimacy concerning method and rationality standard,the first step established the standard of norm document administration reviewing and tried hard for the research of passing the standard establishment and attained norm document administration reviewing real results exaltation,with maximum limit avoid the creation of illegal and not appropriate norm document,raise an administration management efficiency,set up the realization of the harmonious administration management order purpose.
