Abstract


Chief legitimate is an important principle in the law , but it has not yet received enough attention in colleges and universities , college phenomenon of violations of the rights and interests of the students have occurred . This article consists of four parts , the first part is an introduction to introduce the topics purposes , research ideas and methods . Mainly from university student management disputes raised research administrative legitimate meaning ; second part of the interpretation of the relevant concepts and discuss the legal relationship of the legal status of the colleges and universities as well as universities and students to determine the status of university administrative body , defined college behavior related to the vital interests of the students in the student management , such as changes in student status , academic degree awarded for university administrative behavior ; reveals college students to the third part of the college rules and regulations , for example , in some cases from the current management of college students administrative management entity improper situation , analyze the reasons , highlighted the point of view of the introduction of a system of democratic participation , the legal profession review in the formulation of school rules ; fourth section describes the procedural due perspective students manage the problems highlighted in the administrative program introduced in the hearing system , the system of administrative appeals , administrative review, judicial proceedings to implement the student 's right to relief .
