Abstract


The household registration system, the countries in the world to implement a system of civil registration , it is an essential measure for government registration of population management . Household registration system as a social system should serve the people , the convenience of the people . However , China's current household registration system more functionality has limitations , management , and distinguish between resident status level , and the less the meaning of national interests in security, social security . With the continuous development of society , especially the establishment of a market economic system , and the relentless pursuit for freedom, equality , there are many congenital defects of the household registration system has been exposed more and more disadvantages . The current household registration system in addition to the unjust defined citizenship , to some extent even become institutional discrimination on occupational , geographical and identity protection . The inequality in the distribution of social welfare rights to the household registration system based on supporting the biggest drawbacks of the current dual household registration system . Household registration reform must peel various benefits attached to the top of the household registration system , only in order to eliminate inequality of household registration relationship formed . The first part of this article gave a brief introduction to the historical changes and development of China 's current household registration system , the causes and effects of the current household registration system formed ; second part describes the current household registration system, the impact of the civil rights conflict . From the citizens' political rights , personal rights , social rights discourse , pointed out the problems of the current household registration system, the impact of these rights generated ; third part through the introduction of foreign household registration system , the existing household registration the reform of the system to provide a useful reference ; fourth part focuses on the direction of the current reform of the household registration system and the specific reform measures , China 's household registration system has become a cornerstone of the protection of civil rights .
