Abstract


Household registration system reform is our government management reform important content. As the socialist market economic system continues to improve, the shortcomings of contemporary household registration management system has become increasingly prominent . Currently, the household registration reform is ripe , over the pace of reform is accelerating . This paper reviews the framework of contemporary Chinese hukou system formation , analyzed the current situation and drawbacks of the system , particularly focusing on analysis of the civil rights problems that exist in society , on China's household registration system reform and explore the practice patterns in countries and regions outside the household registration management aspects of the system design and the protection of citizens' rights were enumerated common practice analysis and brief comments . Contemporary Chinese household registration system for the main drawbacks presented from the perspective of protection of fundamental rights of citizens , urban and rural household registration system reform as the core, to promote the rational flow of population to protect the fundamental rights of citizens as the goal to speed up the process of urbanization , promoting economic and social development for the purpose of guiding the reform of household registration system , combined with their work , focusing on theoretical research and building the legal system , exploratory civil rights put forward in order to achieve the ultimate goal of equality for the reform of the household registration system reform and the general idea of ??the general vision.
